2025 Southern Arizona Government Affairs Breakfast

Returning for the first time since 2019, the Southern Arizona Housing Forum brought together regional leaders to discuss housing policy, challenges, and solutions for the future of our communities. Tim Tobin, President & CEO of the National Association of Home Builders, delivered keynote remarks offering a national perspective, followed by a federal update from Congressman Juan Ciscomani and welcoming remarks from Tucson Mayor Regina Romero.

A dynamic panel discussion, moderated by Priscilla Storm of Diamond Ventures, featured Jan Lesher (Pima County), Joe Snell (Sun Corridor Inc.), Tim Thomure (City of Tucson), and Mike Ortega (PAG/RTA), exploring strategies to keep housing attainable across Southern Arizona.
