The SAHBA Building Futures Raffle is an initiative designed to raise critical support for efforts that strengthen our community. Proceeds will support SAHBA’s work to advance attainable housing, infrastructure investment, economic opportunity, quality of life, and workforce development.

The prize winners as well as students in the construction training programs at the Sahuarita and Marana Food Bank’s ‘Saguaro Skills Center.’

Upon completion of payment, the purchaser will receive an email confirmation containing their ticket number(s), which will be entered into the raffle drawing.

    • Winner’s choice between a 2026 Polaris RZR XP S 4 1000 Sport™ off road-vehicle or $15,000 cash.[i]

  • Additional Prizes
    • 2nd Prize: 5 day/4 night stay all-inclusive vacation or $3,500 cash.
    • 3rd Prize: Two (2) Lectric Xpress2 Commuter eBikes or $1,500 cash.
    • 4th Prize: Samsung Appliance Package (refrigerator, range/oven, dishwasher, microwave)
    • 5th Prize: Traeger Woodridge Wi-Fi Pellet Grill and Smoker
    • 6th Prize: Meta Quest 3
    • 7th Prize: Apple Watch Series 11
    • 8th Prize: Nintendo Switch 2
    • 9th Prize: Beats Studio Pro Headphones
    • 10th Prize: Meta Ray-Ban Glasses
    • Prizes 11 – 12: $250 gift card

[i] The grand prize is an off-road vehicle with a Fair Market Value (FMV) of $27,000. Southern Arizona Home Builders Association (SAHBA) has opted to pay the mandatory federal withholding tax on behalf of the winner (calculated at the IRS gross-up rate of 31.58%, totaling $8,526.60). The winner is solely responsible for all other applicable costs, including Arizona state income taxes (2.5%), vehicle registration, title, and MVD licensing fees. A valid SSN or ITIN and a completed Form W-9 are required to claim the prize.

Raffle Tickets are $25 each or five (5) for $100 or ten (10) for $200. 

You may buy as many as you’d like!

Only 5,000 tickets will be sold. The chances of winning are based on that number. If fewer tickets are sold, the chances of winning the Grand Prize and other prizes improve. There are 52 total prizes. Purchasing more than one ticket increases the chances of winning.

Fifty-two (52) prizes are awarded, including the grand prize, an all-inclusive vacation, Samsung appliance package, e-Bikes, Traeger Grill, electronics and gift cards.

The raffle is going on now. The last day to buy Tickets is December 4 at 5:00P MST.

The drawing will be held on December 8, 2026 and winners will be announced on December 11, 2026.

No. You do not need to be present to win.

SAHBA will make reasonable efforts to contact prize winners using information provided when purchasing the ticket. The winning names will also be posted on this website shortly after the drawing.

Beginning December 11, 2026 winners can pick-up their prizes at SAHBA 2840 N. Country Club, Tucson, AZ, 85716 during normal business hours.

If the prize has not been claimed within 30 days of the date the notification is given, than SAHBA may, at its option, retain the prize or select an alternate winner.

Any person 21years of age or older and within the state of Arizona at the time of purchase.

The following individuals are not eligible to win a prize in the Raffle: employees of SAHBA and members of the SAHBA Board of Directors.

All federal, state, local laws and regulations apply. The raffle is void where prohibited or restricted by law. 

No. Under IRS Guidelines, raffle tickets are not tax-deductible charitable contributions.

Yes. Any prize value over $2,000 is taxable income to the winner and any prize over $5,000 requires mandatory withholding for federal taxes. SAHBA will withhold required federal taxes for all prizes over $5,000 in accordance with federal law, and the organization will remit the balance of the cash prizes to the winner. All prize winners of prizes over $2,000 may be required to submit an IRS Form 5754 and a W-2G to be awarded the prize.
