The 2025 SAHBA Board Installation, presented by Southwest Gas and KB Home, was held at the beautiful Westward Look resort. This annual signature event served as both a celebration of accomplishments from the past year and the official start of a new chapter for the association.

Members and guests gathered to welcome the incoming Board of Directors, with special recognition given to Andrew Gasparro, who was installed as SAHBA’s new Board President. The evening also highlighted the organization’s ongoing commitment to advancing the home building industry while honoring the leadership and dedication of those who have served.

The program featured a keynote address from Fan-Yu Kuo, Senior Economist at the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). Ms. Kuo provided a timely report on the state of the U.S. economy and shared valuable insights into current and emerging trends within the housing industry—equipping members with a broader perspective as they plan for the year ahead.
