SAHBA 2010 Executive Board of Trustees
2010 marks the beginning of a new era for SAHBA. As outlined in the Amended and Restated Bylaws, SAHBA’s new leadership structure went into effect January 1. What traditionally has been known as the Executive Committee is now the Executive Board of Trustees and the Board of Directors is now the Advisory Council. All members who served on the 2009 Board of Directors automatically become representatives of the Advisory Council for 2010 and began a 3-year term on January 1st.
The Advisory Council consists of Lifetime Advisory Representatives, members of the Past Chair Council, Builder Advisory Representatives and Associate Advisory Representatives. Builder and developer members elect the Builder Advisory Representatives and associate members elect the Associate Advisory Representatives. The Council advises the Executive Board of Trustees and elects the Secretary/Treasurer.
